Aqua Aerobics with Shatha
Aqua Zumba is a water based aerobic dance. It covers all fitness levels from low- high intensity, interval and endurance training. It provides a good cardio routine and is excellent for toning and losing weight. You will need to bring a towel, wear a comfortable bathing suit and we highly recommend for you to wear water shoes.
